Title: Recruitment Enablement Program Manager

Length of Contract: 6 Months

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: Onsite M–W, Remote Th–F)

Russell Tobin is currently hiring for a Recruitment Enablement Program Manager to join the Recruiting team of one of our clients, a pioneering AI research and development company at the forefront of building transformative technology for global impact! The company's Recruiting team partners closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and interviewers to deliver a world-class candidate and hiring partner experience.

As a Recruitment Enablement Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing, refining, and delivering impactful onboarding and continuous learning programs for the company's recruiting team. This role will be highly visible and hands-on, requiring someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-changing environments and can hit the ground running. You will own the design and facilitation of training for both new hires and existing team members, ensuring programs are clear, engaging, scalable, and aligned with evolving recruiting priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and refine onboarding programs for recruiters and sourcers, streamlining delivery and ensuring new hires ramp quickly.
  • Design and facilitate training sessions (online, onsite, instructor-led, and app-based), including “train the trainer” models.
  • Create supplemental resources such as guides, playbooks, and quick-reference materials to reinforce learning.
  • Establish ongoing retraining cycles to refresh team knowledge of tools, systems, and processes.
  • Leverage AI tools to create, deliver, and scale training content; bring your own perspective on how AI can accelerate enablement.
  • Partner with leaders and program managers to ensure enablement is aligned with business needs and hiring priorities.
  • Measure success by tracking adoption, effectiveness, and feedback to continuously improve learning experiences.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Learning & Development (L&D) experience, ideally paired with recruiting operations or enablement.
  • Proven track record of owning onboarding and training programs end-to-end (not just supporting as part of a large team).
  • Experience in hyper-growth environments, building scalable training programs from the ground up.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Comfort with AI-driven tools and processes, and the creativity to apply them to training/enablement.
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Ashby, Juicebox, Pave, Airtable, GSuite, Slack (experience with Ashby is a strong plus).
  • LMS experience (we use Sana, but expertise in any platform is transferable).
