Job Title: Sales Representative (hybrid).

Duration: Permanent position.

Location: Nashville, TN (preferred) | Also open to candidates in Austin or Dallas, TX

Shifts Available (Monday - Friday)

Pay range: $70,000 - $85,000 (plus performance-based incentives)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative with a strong background in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, hitting targets, and spending time in the field connecting with customers. You'll be responsible for managing key accounts, driving new business, and representing our brand across your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets.
• Conduct regular field visits to build strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management on sales performance and pipeline updates.
• Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience
• Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry background
• Proven track record in account management and business development roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned territory.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field).
