What you'll do:Spend 26 weeks partnered with a successful freight broker to learn the business inside and outMake calls and establish relationships to build your client baseClose new and existing customersNegotiate prices with customers and carriersManage daily shipments and resolve issues to ensure timely pickup and deliveryProvide proactive and honest communication, internally and externally
