We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/DS Consultant with strong expertise in Repetitive Manufacturing and Mixed Model Planning .
The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge in SAP Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) along with practical experience in manufacturing scenarios similar to those commonly found in the automotive industry (though automotive background is not mandatory).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support SAP PP/DS solutions with a strong focus on Repetitive Manufacturing and Mixed Model Planning processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design robust planning and scheduling solutions.
Configure, customize, and optimize SAP PP/DS functionalities to align with business objectives.
Ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules and manufacturing systems.
Provide guidance on best practices and industry standards relevant to high-volume, variant-rich manufacturing environments.
Participate in testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support phases.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with SAP PP/DS in a manufacturing context.
Proven expertise in Repetitive Manufacturing and Mixed Model Planning processes.
Familiarity with planning scenarios often found in the automotive industry (preferred but not required).
Understanding of production execution and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with clients in the automotive or discrete manufacturing sectors.
Exposure to S/4HANA or advanced planning tools within SAP
