LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making across three dynamic areas: Trades Brands, Company-Owned Franchise Locations, and Scale Operations.

This is a high-visibility role with exposure to executive leadership and cross-functional teams—perfect for someone with at least 2 years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain driver-based financial models that reflect seasonality, pricing, productivity, and cost trends.
• Support the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Analyze strategic initiatives such as market expansion, new service lines, and vendor negotiations.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages, variance analyses, and performance dashboards.
• Track KPIs and identify trends to drive margin improvement and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, and business leaders to validate assumptions and gather insights.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation using Excel, NetSuite, and BI tools.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with NetSuite, Hyperion, or BI tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
