Job Description

LaSalle Network has partnered with an established healthcare services company in Bannockburn, IL to identify a new Senior Financial Analyst to work on their Commercial Finance team. In this role, you will serve as the business partner between their Finance department and Chief Commercial Officer.



Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities

• Design, create, and maintain comprehensive reporting solutions that provide visibility and actionable insights to organizational decision-makers
• Develop and present material for monthly Business Performance Council and Monthly Business Review meetings with multiple audiences of key business stakeholders
• Tailor presentations to drive meaningful conversations with leadership teams and ensure accountability to key performance indicator targets
• Serve as the Finance team's subject matter expert on our financial reporting system and budgeting tool
• Maintain data integrity of business performance metrics
• Provide business partnership to facilitate quarterly external reporting and investor relations support
• Consult with commercial, operations, and corporate functions to enhance and automate enterprise-wide business reporting
• Identify operational issues and implement strategies to resolve problems efficiently

Senior Financial Analyst Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in an analytical role within finance, accounting, or business management
• At least 3 years' experience identifying operational issues and implementing strategies to resolve problems
• Minimum 3 years' experience applying analytics principles (Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Business Management, Economics, or Finance)
• At least 2 years' project management experience (planning, organizing, and managing resources to successfully complete specific project goals and objectives)

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Experience working with Oracle highly preferred
• Experience with business intelligence tools and financial reporting systems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to different audiences
• Process improvement mindset with experience in automation and optimization
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
