Role Description

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Senior Social Media Manager to join our team full-time at our Wayne, NJ office. This is an on-site position with no remote work available. The Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and executing social media marketing campaigns, developing strategies, creating compelling content, and optimizing our clients’ social media presence. This role requires a creative thinker who can write engaging content and utilize social media tools to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals and target audience.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Optimize social media profiles and content to enhance visibility, reach, and user engagement.
  • Conduct onsite photo and video shoots to capture high-quality, brand-aligned content.
  • Shoot and edit content for use across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve.
  • Use Sprout Social to manage, schedule, and analyze social media activities, providing detailed performance reports and insights.
  • Track, manage, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success and inform strategy.
  • Analyze social media data to make informed, data-driven decisions and recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Collaborate with the content creation and design teams to produce visually appealing and cohesive social media content.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry developments, social media trends, and competitor activity.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online communities to foster a positive brand image.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Communications.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing content strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Proficient in Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Experience with Sprout Social is a strong plus.
  • Previous agency experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong creativity and the ability to think outside the box when developing content and strategies.
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
