Your Role & Impact

  • Reviewing and auditing workers' compensation medical bills using CPT, ICD-10, and fee schedules with great attention to detail.
  • Ensuring billing accuracy and compliance with state-specific guidelines
  • Communicating with clients and providers to clarify billing issues
  • Assisting with internal/external reports and occasionally provider calls or training
  • Serve as a reliable backup reviewer for various clients
  • Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks
