Job Description

We're working with an industry leading contractor in the building envelope space. They're looking to add a Shipping & Receiving Lead position to their team. This person will manage daily warehouse operations, coordinate shipments, and oversee a small team in a fast-paced environment. This hands-on role requires strong organization, multitasking, and leadership skills. It offers lots of room for growth, overtime opportunities, and full benefits. Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, including offloading delivery trucks and delegating tasks to a team of four.
• Manage intake of materials, coordinate outgoing shipments, and maintain accurate records using company systems.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, including proper handling of heavy items (up to 75 lbs).
• Adapt to fluctuating weekly workloads (e.g., 1–5 trucks per week) while maintaining organization and accuracy.
• Train and support team members on systems and processes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) (strongly preferred)
• Experience with ESub, Kanban, and Procore (preferred)
• Forklift certification (preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Willingness to work early shifts (5 AM–4 PM) and overtime as needed
