Because of our continued growth, we are looking to add a full-time -Sourcing & Research Specialist to our team. As we grow, we’re excited to add this additional resource to support our team. The Recruiting-Sourcing & Research Specialist responsibilities include searching social networks, job boards and our robust candidate database to identify potential candidates, send recruiting emails and promote our effective employee referral program. This individual will maintain contact with passive and active candidates regarding available opportunities with our clients. To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs. Your excellent communication skills will also be used to collaborate with internal recruiters to understand position requirements, coordinating interviews, follow up and candidate updates.

Requirements for this position include proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer, Staffing Coordinator or similar role. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or other HR Management software, familiarity with social networks, resume databases and good time management skills, with the ability to research candidates various open positions simultaneously.

No Crazy Hours

We rarely work more than 40 hours per week. There have been a few occasions where things got a little crazy and people had to log some extra hours. But then they took some extra time off, so it all balances out. We work hard and smart but we’re in this for the long haul, no need to go crazy on the hours.

We’re Fun!

Seriously, we are! We have regular meetings where we catch up- not just on work progress, but also on what’s going on in our lives. Occasionally we play a game or have a contest…overall we laugh. We also value a work/life balance.
