Staff Accountant

A fast-growing, multi-location business is a Staff Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented professionals who are eager to expand their accounting experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Contribute to the monthly and quarterly close process by preparing entries and reconciling key accounts
• Record journal entries and assist in maintaining an accurate general ledger
• Manage daily and periodic accounting activities across designated specialties (e.g., AP, AR, payroll, inventory, fixed assets)
• Organize and maintain financial documentation for audits and internal use
• Assist in compiling audit-related data and responding to external auditor inquiries
• Participate in cross-functional projects and help drive process improvements

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• 2–4 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Background in hospitality or multi-unit business is a plus
• Comfort with Excel; familiarity with enterprise accounting platforms is preferred
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a high-energy environment
