About the Role:

The Enterprise Systems Engineer plays a vital role within #### Group and its subsidiaries, leveraging advanced knowledge across multiple technologies. This individual contributor position is essential for implementing #### strategic initiatives, enhancing our enterprise platforms and services. A strong team player, the Enterprise Systems Engineer will develop processes, procedures, and standards, all while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in Linux administration (primary) and Windows Server (secondary) to support #### IT infrastructure.
• Employ advanced skills in areas such as Containerization, Automation, Cloud Platforms, Hardware/Software Administration, Enterprise Architecture, Best Practices, and Security & Compliance to enhance operational reliability and IT maturity.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team to maintain alignment with #### technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Proactively research and communicate technology roadmaps, opportunities, and challenges to IT leadership.
• Implement industry best practices to foster continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
• Participate in the team's on-call rotation to ensure ongoing system support.

Job-Specific Skills, Experience & Education:

Required:

• A minimum of 2 years of technical IT experience or in a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or an additional 2 years of relevant training/experience in lieu of a degree.
• Hands-on experience in datacenter environments (Active Directory, VMware, Citrix, NetApp, Cisco, F5, SCCM, etc.).
• Familiarity with hosted cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Proficient with enterprise operating systems (Windows Server, Windows 10, Enterprise Linux, etc.).
• Experience implementing automation, effective monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Ability to automate operations processes efficiently, ensuring compliance with security requirements while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred:

• Experience with Agile methodologies, system development lifecycles, and DevOps best practices.
• Background in applying ITIL and IT process best practices.
• Proven ability to convey knowledge to diverse audiences through training sessions, workshops, or seminars to ensure consistent application of standards.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).
