Job Title-Talent Acquisition Manager

Location-Tucson, AZ (Hybrid position)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiting Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts while actively sourcing and recruiting top-tier candidates. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive recruitment strategy, manage a team, and personally engage in sourcing and hiring efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, strategic sourcing, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent.
  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various roles using innovative sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.).
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Implement and maintain best practices for a streamlined and efficient hiring process.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize processes.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles across different industries.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience in employer branding and talent marketing is a plus.
