As a Development Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting our customer with development of solutions using Keysight’s market leading 5G Network Emulation products. This role is working with a major chipset developer to ensure the development and verification of 5G GCF and PTCRB protocol test cases on their chipsets.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Analysis of 3GPP specifications.
• Adaption of TTCN3 test cases to run on customers chipset
• Development of Keysight SW to enable TTCN3 tests to run on Keysight products
• Debugging, enhancing or fixing of the existing protocol scripts.
• Verification and Validation collections of scripts at the customer site.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of Keysight products.
• Drafting customer requirements and communicating with the Keysight Development teams.
• Capturing customer needs and priorities, acting and communicating appropriately.
• Providing technical support to our customer.
• Technical collaborations with other device manufacturers or Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) to resolve protocol issues.

Your duties are to provide hands on development, verification and support. To work with the other Keysight teams to ensure an optimum solution for the chipset customers GCF/PTCRB validation process. You are also required to provide guidance on general day to day technical support issues to the client.
