A private luxury development group is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead and elevate the performance of a growing portfolio of high-design lifestyle and hospitality-inspired properties .

This is a pivotal executive appointment — ideal for a proven operator from the luxury hotel, lifestyle, or mixed-use real estate sector who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneur-led environments and is ready to build the operational foundation of something extraordinary.

The Role

The VP of Operations will oversee all aspects of portfolio operations, service delivery, and brand execution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Establishing and scaling best-in-class operational systems and service standards.
• Leading pre-opening strategy, launch execution, and ongoing performance across multiple assets.
• Building and mentoring high-performing teams and third-party partners.
• Driving operational efficiency, profitability, and guest/resident satisfaction.
• Partnering with ownership to execute a long-term vision that blends luxury, innovation, and hospitality-grade experience
• The Ideal Candidate
• 10+ years’ senior operational leadership in luxury hotels, branded residences, or mixed-use environments.
• Track record of hands-on leadership , delivering results across multiple locations.
• Commercially sharp and execution-driven, yet refined in brand and service sensibility.
• Comfortable working closely with founders/owners and operating with autonomy.
• A leader who builds trust, commands respect, and can turn vision into reality.
