Position Summary

The Warehouse Assistant supports daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, equipment preparation, deliveries, and returns. This role is hands-on and requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and reliability to keep our event logistics running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming event materials, décor, and equipment.
• Pull, stage, and prepare event orders according to packing lists.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
• Clean, repair, and repack items post-event to ensure readiness for future use.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, lifts, etc.).
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks for deliveries and pickups.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Support the event production team with occasional on-site setup or strike.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in warehouse, logistics, or related environment preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on feet for extended periods.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and tracking systems.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record a plus.
• Flexible schedule; evenings and weekends may be required based on event load.

Starting Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
