Joon Loloi is seeking a skilled eCommerce Specialist to join our Site Operations team and contribute as a member of our broader Digital Commerce organization. In this role, you will play a key part in contributing directly to product builds, data organization, and supporting site merchandising efforts. Our eCommerce specialist will also work cross-functionally with the Planning, Merchandising, Marketing, and CX teams to achieve company goals. Strong organization, communication, project management, and analytical aptitude are a necessity for success. Passion for accuracy and online merchandising is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the online shopping experience by assisting with digital merchandising, website updates, and marketing initiatives to meet site KPI goals.
  • Assist in organizing data required to maintain product navigation, onsite search functionality, filtering, and category storytelling under the guidance of management
  • Prepare seasonal site merchandising updates, leveraging web analytics and competitive insights to support decision making
  • Coordinate and QA site changes in alignment with the marketing calendar, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain production schedules for new product launches, ensuring all digital assets and SKU details are prepared and accurate.
  • Aid in identifying and resolving product setup and data issues in accordance with priority levels and SLAs.
  • Manage and organize digital assets for scheduled product launches or updates.
  • Generate basic reporting to support analysis of site performance and optimization opportunities.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting system bugs to appropriate cross functional teams.
  • Learn and understand category and sku level data requirements to maintain compliant, onsite product information

Experience, Skills, & Ability Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, merchandising, web content management, or a related field.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, analytical formulas, use of vlookups, etc.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in presenting to various teams to support communication efforts
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, CMS tools, and/or web analytics is a plus.
  • Experience in the home furnishings industry is preferred.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a positive, team-player attitude.
