Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of full-desk recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales and recruitment goals.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Dice Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• High-energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented professional.
