Job Description

The Head of Real Estate will play a critical role in shaping and executing strategies for our property portfolio, managing leasing and acquisitions, and ensuring assets are profitable, compliant, and aligned with company goals. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic vision and operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate & Property Management

• Oversee the management of company-owned and leased properties.
• Ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards and meet regulatory requirements.
• Manage leasing, vendor relationships, maintenance schedules, and property-related budgets.
• Identify opportunities to increase property revenue and optimize operational costs.

Strategic Real Estate Planning

• Develop and execute long-term real estate strategies to support business growth.
• Identify and evaluate acquisition, development, and disposal opportunities.
• Lead market research to track trends and identify competitive advantages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in real estate leadership and property management .
• Strong negotiation, financial, and analytical skills with experience managing budgets and P&L.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proactive solutions mindset and a positive, collaborative attitude.
• Adaptability to a Fast-Paced Environment.
• Willingness to travel monthly for site visits and operational reviews.

Working Conditions:

This is an on-site, in-person position based in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Candidates must not have visible tattoos above the shoulders. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all company work areas, managed/owned properties, company vehicles, and within 10 feet of all entrances, exits, ramps, windows, and air-intake vents.
