Job Description

We are a dynamic sales and recruiting agency that thrives on connecting top talent with the right opportunities. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an HR Coordinator to support our HR Team. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in HR, with a focus on administration and compliance. Under the guidance of the HR Specialist and report to the HR Director, this position supports key HR initiatives, helps maintain compliance, and facilitates communication between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Administration & Compliance:
  • Support the administration and compliance of the IRA apprenticeship program such as:
  • onboarding of apprentices
  • program engagement and management of apprentices
  • ensure company is compliant with DOL and Apprenticeship vendor
  • track apprentice progress, documentation, and training compliance
  • program reporting to teams to send out to their clients
  • make sure the company and our clients are compliant
  • working closely with certified payroll to prepare reports to send to BD reps and/or admin to send to our clients that have apprentices onsite
  • Serve as a contact for employee inquiries regarding workers' compensation
  • Manage medical only claims contacting field employee, collecting all necessary medical documents, and ensure the process is followed.
  • Act as a liaison between BD Reps and clients
  • Track new laws and policies
  • Process workers' compensation claims, ensure proper documentation and timely follow-ups
  • Maintain records of work-related injuries and compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Maintain and update field employee records
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and tracking of HR metrics.
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects and compliance initiatives.
  • Miscellaneous tasks to be assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
  • Experience handling compliance or confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
