Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate clients in the basics. Advise them of their options that best fit their needs. Insure- assist clients with enrollment of their chosen plan(s)
  • Engage with clients in both one-on-one settings as well as in group presentations. This position will operate in person as well as virtually with clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and service a book of business
  • Expand our client base by proactively generating new opportunities
  • Manage time effectively to handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions, presentations and annual enrollment preparation as needed

Qualifications/what we’re looking for:

  • Valid Life and Health Insurance License in WA
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
  • Detail-oriented with strong customer service skills
  • Service oriented- this position is driven more by service than sales, our ideal candidate will be compassionate, patient and service minded.
  • Strong communication skills and good listening abilities
  • Comfortable networking and meeting new people
  • Ability to work from our local Edmonds office as well as a dedicated workspace free from interruptions for remote work
  • Proficient in technology, including Zoom, Teams, Outlook, and other basic office software
  • Some sales experience preferred; insurance and/or Medicare experience is ideal
  • Coachable and eager to learn and grow within the agency
