24 Seven is partnering with a well-known retail design agency in Portland, OR to help them find a Sr. Designer to join their team in this hybrid opportunity. This is a contract role working 20-25 hours a week for a few weeks to a couple months with potential to extend and work on future projects. They'd like this individual to be able to come into the office 1-2 times/week depending on project load.
Ideal Candidate: will have 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer and proficiency in Keynote, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
As Senior Designer, you'll collaborate with the Creative Director to conceptualize and develop campaigns, pushing creative boundaries through innovation and storytelling. You'll test new concepts and experiment with fresh ideas to optimize product performance. Work closely with design, sales, and marketing teams to align creative strategies with business goals. Lead the development of high-quality visuals throughout the project to ensure top-tier quality.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Design, Animation, Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years as a Senior Designer, with a strong portfolio.
• Knowledge of industry-standard design and animation software such as Keynote, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design, animation, and marketing trends.
