Job Description

We are looking for Structural Engineers who are Licensed PEs and interested in Structural & Forensic Investigations work. This role is Remote + Travel across Missouri.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct forensic investigations of residential & commercial structures, including roofs, foundations, water intrusion, and more.
• Write detailed technical reports outlining your findings, providing clarity to clients.
• Collaborate with legal teams to provide expert testimony (as needed)—with full litigation support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of the game by pursuing ongoing certifications, training, and professional development (fully covered!).
• Travel as needed within your designated region, with all travel expenses covered.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active P.E. license in the state of practice.
• NCEES record (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in failure analysis, construction, or forensic investigations preferred.
• Strong technical writing skills—you know how to tell a clear and compelling technical story.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting, with reliable internet/cellular service.
• Ability to perform physical site evaluations, including climbing ladders and assessing structural components.
