Job Description

Position : Sales Representative for selling Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products.

Experience : 6-8 Yrs

Location: Onsite -Houston - Texas

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential customers through various channels (cold calling, email outreach, social media, etc.).
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing how our SaaS solution can address their business needs.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads through conversations to ensure they align with the target customer profile and have the potential to convert.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring a seamless buying process.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage and track opportunities in the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Handle pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Customer Feedback & Reporting: Gather customer feedback to improve the product offering and report on sales performance to management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, Product Owner and customer success teams to improve lead generation, conversions, and customer retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales or a similar sales environment for Small/Mid Scale Businesses.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and subscription-based sales cycles.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and present tailored SaaS solutions.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a specific SaaS Products in Sports industry
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and lead generation platforms.
