We are currently seeking a Web Graphic Designer to join our team in Pasadena!

What You'll Be Doing

• Design Creation: Develop visually appealing designs for web pages, emails, banners, and other marketing materials that adhere to brand guidelines and enhance conversions
• Campaign Support: Work with Marketing and Product teams to create promotional materials for product launches and seasonal campaigns across various digital channels
• Visual Asset Management: Ensure a consistent visual identity across all digital platforms for brand consistency and optimal user experience
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Development teams to understand requirements and deliver designs that meet business and technical needs
• A/B Testing: Design variations for A/B testing to improve conversion rates and user engagement on digital properties
  
  

What You Need For This Position

• 4+ years of Web Design experience in the B2C or SaaS environment
• Proven experinece designing landing pages, email, and banner designs
• The ablility to design requirements that are buildable and suitable for email delivery
• Adobe Creative Suite & Figma
• HTML, CSS
